Valdas Puzeras
Operational excelence
Valdas has over 15 years of work experience in retail and FMCG industries, working as CEO, CFO, COO, Project Manager in various countries and companies, such as Rimi, Carlsberg, ProStore, Brusnichka. He is expert in turnarounds, performance improvement, category management. Valdas hold MBA from Vilnius University, board member education from BICG, he is member of ACCA. Valdas is fluent in Lithuanian, English and Russian.
Ilona Radaviciene
Production and sales excellence
Ilona is versatile production and sales specialist with more than 30 years of experience. She has managed and developed divisions for the production of food products in retail chains.
She participated in the formation of assortment by categories: cookery, bakery products, confectionery, and fresh meat; organized and managed production processes for the retail industry, developed pricing, and purchased raw materials for the production of retail assortment.
Ilona has formed strategies for the production units for retailers and prepared new projects for the culinary, confectionary, and bakery departments. She has an experience in the selection and modernization of production equipment, and technological drawing of production.
Vaidas Andriunas
Marketing excelence
Vaidas has over 18 years of work experience in retail and FMCG, holding top executive marketing positions in leading Baltic and Belarus retailers – Maxima, Sportland, Euroopt. Vaidas is expert in brand development and positioning, loyalty marketing, rout to market. Vaidas hold master’s degree in international business management from Vilnius University. He is fluent in Lithuanian, English and Russian.
Mindaugas Krasaitis
Technical excelence
Mindaugas has over 20 year of work experience in retail business areas such as construction, maintenance, project management, procurement acting as country, region, technical director in various countries and companies such as Rimi, Fresco, Brusnichka, Anvar. He managed construction and remodeling of more than 100 stores, of various formats and sizes. Mindaugas hold master’s degree in engineering from VGTU and MBA from BMI. Mindaugas is fluent in Lithuanian, English and Russian.
Alexey Tkachenko
Data excelence
Alexey has over 15 years of experience in statistics, Big Data & advanced analytics, data mining, machine learning, predictive and probabilistic modeling. Alexey realized over 10 comprehensive projects in retail and FMCG industries. Alexey holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Dnipro State University. He is fluent in Ukrainian, English and Russian.
Alexey Kovalenko
Logistics excelence
Alexey has over 15 years of work experience in supply chain management in retail and FMCG companies such as Eva, Varus, Nestle, Küehne + Nagel, Chervony Market in Ukraine acting as a logistic and supply chain director. Alexey managed 15 comprehensive projects, mainly focused in supply chain process improvement, increase of logistics efficiency, optimization of inventories. Alexey holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and automation. He graduated K+N Academy in contract logistics project management. Alexey is fluent in Ukrainian, English and Russian.
